Terms of Use
Effective date: 10 August 2026. This version replaces the terms dated 1 January 2019.
Envisago ("Envisago", "we", "us", or "our") provides its websites, content, readings, reports, tools and services on any site or application that links to these Terms of Use (together, "the Services") subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. We may update the Terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page, and material changes take effect when posted. For how we collect, use and protect personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.
Envisago is registered in the Republic of Ireland. Registered office: Spring Falls, New Mills, Brownsmills, Kinsale, Co. Cork. Contact: hello@envisago.com. The Services are intended for business users.
1. Copyright and intellectual property
All content and functionality of the Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and videos and the selection and arrangement thereof, together with any concepts, know-how, tools, frameworks, methodologies, software, applications or other technology, algorithms, models, processes and industry perspectives underlying or embedded in them, and any enhancements or derivative works (the "Content"), is the exclusive property of Envisago or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes AIVOM™, the AI Value Operating Model: its architecture, reference standard, question structures, scoring and relational logic, state model and supporting materials. Nothing in these Terms or the Services transfers any ownership of that intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Trademarks
The trademarks, service marks, designs and logos displayed on the Services, including Envisago, AIVOM™ and "The Power of AI. The Potential of People."™, are the registered and unregistered marks of Envisago. Except as expressly permitted by us, you agree not to use or reproduce any Envisago mark, or imply any endorsement by or relationship with Envisago, in any public medium for advertising, promotion or the purpose of informing or influencing any third party.
3. Use of content
Envisago grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services and to download, display and print Content solely for your internal business use, provided that you do not modify the Content, that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices, and that you otherwise comply with these Terms. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, transmit, post or disclose the Content without Envisago’s prior written consent, and you may not "mirror" any Content without such consent. This licence terminates automatically if you do not comply with these Terms.
4. Readings, reports and paid products
The free AI Operating Impact Briefing produces a personalised written reading of the operation you describe. Paid products, such as the AI Operating Impact Roadmap, are described on the Services at the point of purchase, and the description at purchase forms part of the contract for that product. Prices exclude VAT, which is applied at checkout from your billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not collect or store your full payment card details. Digital products are delivered on completion of the reading and payment, to the email address or product page provided.
Where a product page states a satisfaction commitment, such as the Roadmap’s refund commitment, the terms on that page apply as stated. Your report is licensed for use within your organisation for its internal business purposes. The AIVOM™ methodology, architecture and reference standard underlying any report remain the property of Envisago.
5. Your inputs
When you provide answers, descriptions or other information through a reading or form (your "Inputs"), you retain your rights in them. You grant Envisago a licence to use your Inputs to provide the Services to you, including generating your reading and report, and to use them in anonymised and aggregated form, from which neither you nor your organisation can be identified, to improve and develop the Services. Your Inputs are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not used to train AI models. You confirm that your Inputs do not infringe the rights of any third party and do not include information you are not permitted to share, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
6. Notices of infringement
Envisago respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your intellectual property right is infringed by any content on the Services, write to us at hello@envisago.com with: identification of the work or right claimed to be infringed; identification of the material requested to be removed; your name, address and contact details; a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner; and your signature or electronic equivalent. We will remove material that infringes the rights of any person on receipt of a valid notice.
7. Disclaimers
THE CONTENT AND FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY READING OR REPORT, ARE PROVIDED ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT ENVISAGO IS NOT HEREIN ENGAGED IN RENDERING PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR SERVICES TO YOU. READINGS AND REPORTS ARE BASED ON THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE AND ARE INTENDED AS STRUCTURED INPUT TO YOUR OWN DECISION-MAKING. NO CONTENT IS INTENDED TO SERVE AS OR SHALL BE DEEMED INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, ACCOUNTING OR OTHER REGULATED ADVICE, AND YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE OF ALL CONTENT AND FOR THE DECISIONS YOU TAKE. ALL CONTENT AND FUNCTIONALITY IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ENVISAGO AND ITS THIRD-PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OWNERSHIP, ACCURACY OR ADEQUACY OF THE CONTENT. ENVISAGO SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INFORMATION PUBLISHED ON LINKED WEBSITES OR PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES. NEITHER ENVISAGO NOR ITS THIRD-PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES OR FOR LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Envisago and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and advisers from and against any liability, expenses, costs or other losses incurred in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Services or any breach by you of these Terms. Envisago reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
9. Privacy
Envisago understands that your privacy is important to you and is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy describes how Envisago collects, uses, shares and protects personal data, including the answers you provide through our readings, and how to exercise your rights.
10. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of the country in which you live.
