A general AI tool can be valuable for exploring questions about your operation. The conversation is open-ended: what you get depends on the questions, context and instructions you provide, and there is no fixed reference to measure against.

AIVOM™ reasons within a defined method: structured questions, a proprietary reference architecture of twenty sub-dimensions and more than ninety components, defined states for each dimension, deterministic scoring and guardrails on how results are interpreted. The judgement about what to ask, what to weigh and what matters is built in; the wording of a reading may vary, but the method beneath it does not.

No. AIVOM™ and its instruments are not restricted by organisation size. They apply wherever there is a defined operational scope, whether that scope is a single workflow, a function, or a wider operational unit.

Your answers are used to produce your reading and to operate the Platform. They are not used to train AI models. Personalised outputs are produced through service providers acting on our instructions; our Privacy Policy sets out the providers we use and how to request access or deletion. Not currently. AIVOM™ is Envisago's proprietary management system. The reading, the Platform and advisory do not confer certification or compliance status, and using them requires no external audit and no formal installation programme.

At different levels of an operation, from an individual workflow to a function or wider operational unit. The same loop scales to the scope. The work does not have to address every dimension at once: you can enter the loop anywhere, and a reading shows which sub-dimensions matter most and in what order.

No. You can take the reading at any stage: before AI has meaningfully entered the operation, when licences are in place but use is still limited or informal, or well into deployment. The reading takes your operation as it stands and shows what to prioritise next and which foundations to build.

No. You can start in the Platform’s workspaces straight away and take the reading whenever it is useful, or begin with advisory where that is the right fit.

Advisory works as monthly structured support: regular sessions with your team, applying AIVOM™ wherever the work is, whether that is a single dimension or the whole loop, and building your team's ability to carry it until our involvement is no longer needed. About our advisory.
